After my wife and I finally decided we wanted to add the screened room, you were very patient with us in terms of all the questions we had, our lack of knowledge about how things had to be done…I never felt that you were in any way condescending because of our lack of knowledge…
and were happy to provide us with any information we thought we needed! Your walking us through each step of the entire process was invaluable in our understanding of what would be happening when and what to expect next…Your response to our inquiries when we thought something might not be quite right was very quick and led to a further understanding between you, your workers, and my wife and [me]. We have enjoyed using our OutBack screen porch for the past year. The porch became an even greater asset after Hurricane Isabel. With no electricity, it became the place to go to get light and a cool breeze. It also was the gathering place for neighbors as we grilled the last of the meats from our freezer. Our porch has expanded our living space and was a wonderful retreat after the storm.

I am writing to commend OutBack Construction and its people for the superb job they did in installing on my property a new Trex deck, after having demolished the previous deck. From the courteous and professional manner in which they responded to my request for a free estimate all the way through the demolition, new construction, and completion of the project, all of the OutBack Construction personnel were courteous, friendly, and professional in their manner…Once the project began, they were punctual and efficient in all phases of the job. Having been a homeowner for 18 years, I have experienced home repair, but never an addition. OutBack Construction made that addition very simple. From the initial estimate until the end product, everything went smoothly. Each step of my screen porch addition was completed as planned. Even down to the subcontractors and inspectors. In a day and age when quality seems unimportant, that’s not the case with the carpenters of OutBack Construction. Everyone worked together to make sure a quality product was the end result. Attention was paid to the smallest detail, even smoothing down the handrails for safety. It’s that type of attention that leads to quality and repeat customers.
